Connect Sticklight to Claude for detailed, nuanced app building. Claude excels at nuanced instructions and longer conversations, making it ideal for projects with detailed specifications or multiple revisions.
For general MCP concepts like previews, projects, and prompt strategies, see About Sticklight MCP.
Why Claude
Good for:
- Projects with detailed requirements documents
- Iterative refinement with specific feedback
- Creators who want thorough explanations of what changed
Standout features:

- Team and Enterprise plans support shared connectors
Prerequisites

Team and Enterprise Setup
For Claude Team or Enterprise workspaces, an admin typically adds the connector first:
- Admin adds Sticklight as an approved connector for the workspace
- Team members then connect their individual Sticklight accounts
- Each person’s projects stay in their own Sticklight workspace
Your First Build
Try this prompt:
“Use Sticklight to create a client portal for a marketing agency. I need a dashboard showing project status, a page for each active client with their deliverables and timelines, and a section for sharing reports and assets. Use a clean, professional design with the agency’s credibility in mind.”
Claude will work through the requirements methodically, and the preview shows your portal taking shape.
Claude-Specific Tips
Leverage detailed prompts – Claude handles complexity well. Don’t hesitate to include detailed specifications, user stories, or design requirements in a single prompt.
Ask for explanations – Claude excels at explaining its decisions. Ask “What did you change and why?” to understand the edits.
Use artifacts alongside builds – Ask Claude to create supporting content (copy, documentation, user flows) in artifacts while building the app.
Multi-step refinement – Claude tracks context across long conversations. Break complex projects into phases: “First, let’s nail the structure. Then we’ll refine the design. Finally, we’ll polish the copy.”
Troubleshooting

FAQ
Can team members share connectors?
On Claude Team or Enterprise, admins can approve Sticklight for the workspace. Each team member still authenticates with their own Sticklight account, so projects stay in individual workspaces.
Does Claude work as well as ChatGPT for this?
Both work great. Claude tends to be better for complex, detailed projects. ChatGPT tends to be better for conversational, iterative work. Try both and see what fits your style.
