Overview

Sticklight offers two plans to fit your needs: Free for getting started, and Pro for power users who want more credits and premium features.

Who can do this: Workspace Owners only. Admins, Editors, and Viewers cannot change plans or manage subscriptions. See Roles and Permissions for details.

You can upgrade to paid plans with more AI credits and premium features in monthly or yearly options. Compare pricing options, manage your subscription, and track your credit usage directly in the app. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.

The Free plan is perfect for exploring Sticklight, building personal projects, or testing ideas before committing to a paid plan.

Pro Plan – Starting at $25/month

Flexible Credit Tiers

Pro plans come with flexible credit options starting at 100 credits/month. Choose from tiers ranging from 100 to 5,000 credits/month based on your usage needs.

• Monthly billing: $25 per 100 credits
• Yearly billing: Save 2 months (17% discount)

Tip: Start with a smaller tier and upgrade anytime as your needs grow.

How to Upgrade

1. Click Pricing in the top navigation bar
2. Choose between Monthly or Yearly billing
3. Select your credit tier
4. Complete payment through Stripe

Your Pro features activate immediately after payment.

How to Downgrade

You can switch to a lower subscription tier or cancel your Pro plan at any time:

1. Click Pricing in the top navigation bar
2. Select the plan or tier you want to switch to
3. Review the changes – you’ll see exactly what features you’ll lose and when the change takes effect

Upgrade & Downgrade Timing

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You’ll be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan. The following month, billing continues at the new plan rate.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current features until then.

Changed Your Mind?

If you scheduled a cancellation or plan downgrade but changed your mind, you can cancel pending subscription changes before they take effect.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails:

1. Payment retries after 1 day
2. Your Pro plan remains active during this retry period
3. A notice appears asking you to update your payment method
4. If unresolved after one week, your account downgrades to Free

FAQs

What happens to my credits at the end of the month?

For Pro users, unused monthly credits roll over to the next month – but only for one month. Old credits are used first, so your newest credits are protected for potential rollover. Rollover only applies while you remain on an active Pro plan; if you downgrade to Free, any remaining credits are removed. Daily bonus credits (5 per day) do not roll over.

Can I change my credit tier?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time from the Pricing page. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?

• Your custom domain will go offline (but settings are preserved for 30 days)
• Your site stays live via your Sticklight subdomain
• Code editing access reverts to view-only
• The “Made with Sticklight” badge will appear on your site

Is my payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. Sticklight never stores your card details.

Managing Your Billing

Once you have a subscription, you can manage everything from one place:

• View your current plan and credit balance
• Change your plan to upgrade or downgrade
• Update payment method to keep your subscription active
• Download invoices for your records
