Your Account

This guide covers everything you need to know about navigating your Sticklight account, including how to access your projects, switch between workspaces, and customize your experience.

The Left Sidebar

The left sidebar is your primary navigation hub in Sticklight. It gives you quick access to all your projects, workspaces, and account settings.

Sidebar States

The sidebar has two viewing modes:

• Expanded: Shows full labels for all navigation items, workspace details, and your account menu
• Minimized: Collapses to show only icons, giving you more screen space for your work

Click the collapse arrow at the bottom of the sidebar to toggle between these modes.

Navigation Sections

From top to bottom, the sidebar contains:

• Workspace Dropdown: At the top, showing your current workspace name with options to switch workspaces or create a new one
• Home: Your main dashboard with recent projects and quick actions
• My Projects: All projects you have created or have access to
• Starred: Projects you have marked as favorites for quick access
• Library: Access to Templates, Skills, and Connectors
• Workspace Settings: Manage workspace, members, and credits/billing (visible to workspace admins)
• Plans: View and manage your subscription

Workspace Switcher

The workspace dropdown at the top of the sidebar lets you:

• See your current workspace name and plan
• View available credits
• Switch between workspaces you belong to
• Create a new workspace
• Access workspace settings (if you have admin permissions)

If you belong to multiple workspaces, clicking the dropdown reveals all available options. Select any workspace to switch to it immediately.

Your User Menu

Click your avatar at the bottom left of the sidebar to open your user menu. This menu displays:

• Your name and email: The account you are currently signed in with
• Your role: Your permission level in the current workspace

Preference Settings

The user menu includes several customization options:

• Sound Notifications: Toggle sound alerts on or off for in-app notifications
• Language: Select your preferred interface language
• Appearance: Choose between light mode and dark mode for the interface

Sign Out

Select Sign Out from the user menu to log out of your Sticklight account. You will be returned to the sign-in page.

Account Information

Your account information (name, email, and avatar) is managed through your identity provider. Sticklight displays this information but does not provide in-app editing for these details.

To update your account information, visit your identity provider’s account settings page.

FAQ

How do I change my profile picture?

Your profile picture comes from your identity provider (such as Google). To change it, update your avatar in that service and it will sync to Sticklight.

Can I change my email address?

Your email address is tied to your identity provider account. Contact your identity provider to update your email if needed.

How do I access a different workspace?

Click the workspace dropdown at the top of the left sidebar and select the workspace you want to switch to. If you do not see a workspace listed, you may need an invitation from that workspace’s admin.

What does my role determine?

Your role (shown in the user menu) determines what actions you can take within the current workspace. Admins have full access to workspace settings and member management, while members may have more limited permissions.
